Matthew joined Cartmell Shepherd’s commercial property team in December 2013 from Baines Wilson LLP. Based at our Rosehill, Carlisle office, Matthew returns to the firm as a commercial property solicitor with a huge amount of experience, having previously been a Partner with us in 2003.
